Will this guy be remembered as the first guy who circles the globe in a hot air balloon?  Or will he just be the whack job who spent millions to do something no one gives a rats patootie about?

It\'s a given that no one gives a rats patootie about me so obviously I am talking about the billionaire and if he continues this ballooning crap, soon to be millionaire, soon to be broke guy.

Could that sentence have been any longer?>
