Im in need of a good baseball game..had my eye on high heat and triple play. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I\'d say All Star Baseball 2002 is the best on any of the systems.

**bump** No other suggestions?

Well I\'ve played every one of this years games. And there isn\'t one that I really didn\'t enjoy playing.
I own High Heat Baseball 2003 currently on my second full season(finished season on hard mode) and this is my favorite of them all. Graphicly it doesn\'t stand up to it\'s competitors, but as far as game play goes it is by far the best of all, IMO!
Graphicly I have to say All Star has the best graphics stadium wise and players. I just don\'t like the gameplay in ASB. I mean when the pitcher pitches it\'s so fast you can\'t tell what pitch is coming. I found it easier when using the easy batting mode. Lots of fun too.
Triple Play I have always liked their graphics and gameplay, but I find after a full season stats are kinda unrealistic. In Triple Play I always found it too easy to hit HR\'s and light up the scoreboard.
And to me out of all of them HHB2003 is the best overall. If your a fan of gameplay I suggest HHB2003. If it\'s very nice graphics you want I suggest ASB. And if you more of an arcade instead of simulation type baseball game I\'d go with Triple Play.
These are my opinions. Like I say I own HHB2003, but enjoyed them all.

Thats the fun of it, its realistic. Batting isn\'t that easy in real life.

It\'s kinda realistic, but you have a lot longer reaction time when really batting. In ASB it\'s just way to fast. You can barely tell the change of speed from a fastball to a curveball. Let alone a change and fastball. I enjoyed playing ASB and played it for 2 weeks straight. And yes after time you can adjust and get used to the pitching and batting in ASB. But again I still have to say, if you want realism you want HHB2003!
To me HHB has the realism no cursors or lockons. If it\'s a pitch low and outside you press down and right and swing. No cursors to fool with.

Thanx for the suggestions guys..keep em comming. Hopefully I\'ll be picking up one of them this tuesday.

HHB2003 is great! you can Aim your bat with the Left analog Stick.....in the HR derby I had Thome hitting homers like it was NOTHING when I aimed the bat.

IMO a batting game without cursors isn\'t worth 2 seconds of my time. And I don\'t know if you noticed but when the pitch is going 90 you don\'t have but a split second to think in real life. So I wouldn\'t say its to fast.
