I wouldnt be surprised to see thome gone in a week or so before the trade deadline..........

I would LOVE to see Thome come home to Illinois and play for the Cubs... but I doubt it \'ll happen.

The D-Backs need a consistant closer. Kim has blown a lead a number of times in the past few weeks. Today, 2 outs, 2 strikes, bases loaded, Astros down 3. Grand Slam, Astros win the series. Bah.


They finally got Spivey back, so that should help.

Schilling hasn\'t won in 3 appearances. Arr.
