Title: I\'m Getting A SEGA SATURN!!!

I am buying a SEGA SATURN for it\'s ability to play CD+G (Karaoke) disks.  does anyone know what good games I should buy as well???

Panzer Dragoon??? - is this a good game?

any others?

I would get the VF series.. and Xmen vs Streetfighter... The psx conversion sucked. :)

X-men vs Streetfighter sounds like a winner.  I think the VF game is coming with the console.

get panzer dragoon 1 and 2
should cost about 20$ apiece

panzer dragoon saga will run about 110$

there\'s probably about 20 "core" titles that you should acquire
ill list mine later

Panzer Dragoon is an excelent game! The Saturn is worth just for this 3D Shooter game. Of course there is also Panzer Dragoon II but my favorite of the series is Panzer Dragoon Saga because it is a RPG.

Other games you may want to consider are:
Burning Rangers (Action).
Nights into dreams (RPG/Adventure).
Shining Force III (Strategy/RPG).


And my favorite Sega Saturn game:
Dragon Force (Strategy/RPG)

I\'m sure once you start playing your Saturn u will forget it\'s karaoke ability ;)

Nights - but be sure you get it with the specialized 3D analog pad that came with it when it was released. That is one of the sweetest controllers ever. If you don\'t get the whole package you\'re going to miss out on a lot of fun.

Burning Rangers - I believe that was one of Sonic Team\'s last Saturn games.

Guardian Hero\'s - A 2D Treasure game. A must have.

Panzer Dragoon 1 & 2 - Like MM said, you should be able to get those fairly cheap, but the third one (Saga) will knock you back well over a $100.

Any Capcom fighting game - All the true conversions of Capcom\'s fighting games can be found on the Saturn. You may need the RAM pack for a couple of them though.
