For anyone who has played any of the following games can you tell me whether you\'d recommned it or not and give reasons please...

I\'m undecided on whether to get some of these...

PS2

Soul Reaver 2
Grandia 2
Deus Ex
Forever Kingdom
Frequency
Test Drive

Gamecube

Mario Brothers Smash Melee [or whatever its called]

Thanks to anyone who answers... :)

Whatever else you can recommend that you think I might not have thought of [Please don\'t mention the obvious like Metal Gear Solid 2 or Final Fantasy X] would be good too...

Deus Ex

Graphics are not the best but combines FPS with a healthy dose of RPG that takes gaming to another level. Several ways to complete each mission from all out shooter with a variety of weapons to non-lethal pure stealth or any combo in between the two. Intelligent interesting story line, where you\'ll find your actions and choices do have consequences. I couldn\'t recommend it more highly. If you can get past the looks, which aren\'t really that bad, I can\'t see very many seasoned gamers who wouldn\'t thoroughly enjoy it. Maybe a bit more reading than some players would want but then again you don\'t have to read everything either.

Square Marker: So then you have played those games to make that opinion or are you just bashing Playstation 2 games and supporting the Gamecube ? You didn\'t exactly inform me why you didn\'t like [or did like] them...

For the moment I\'m down to playing old games that I never got around to before like Resident Evil: Codename Veronica, Ico or Red Faction... once I\'m done with the old games there doesn\'t seem to be much more then those games I listed that would be worth trying...

Soul Reaver 2 is awesome but too short ! rent it !
