Title: Im back from Holiday and I have a new toy!

Well, I\'ve been away for just over 2 weeks and it fells good to be back ( how I missed my comp and DVD player ) . I had a buget of £400 and I only spent a couple of hundred so I decided to get a GameCube( the new toy, duh! ) I bought Monkey Ball, Smash Bros and a memory card, I am very happy with it at the momment. I have a few questions though

Is there any more decent games coming soon
whats the best Mag ( ive been getting official Nintendo )

Decent upcoming games are the resi evil series, Die Hard (i think) and errrrr........ me know very little. How do you find the controller??

It\'s pretty good I hate the button under the right shoulder button its hard to use, but apart from that I like it. I bought the new Official Nintendo mag and Res Evil 0 looks sick, some bad ass gfx. I also did like the look of Die Hard Vendeta(sp)

Gamecube eh? I don\'t really care for it. Oh well, whatever floats your boat. See, I bought an X-Box, which I\'m glad I did.

Well me having a PS2 or GC doesn\'t really " float my boat " it takes more than games console to do that. But Im happy with my choice, I don\'t see anything good about the Xbox yet, I may get one in like 5 months.

Well, if the XBox controller bugs you they have the Controller S, which is slightly larger than the Gamecube controller. Much more comfortable.

Counter-Strike: Condition Zero on XBox = teh win.

Plus they\'re making a second Halo, which I will buy as soon as I figure out how to beat level 7 out of 10 in Halo.

Gamecube, now that\'s where it\'s at.  You know, a system with more than 2 good games out right now. :)  And more good ones coming out this year than any other console too.

Games coming: Metriod Prime, Mario, Zelda, Star Fox: Dinosaur Planet, Resident Evil games, Phantasy Star Online, Super Monkey Ball 2, and more.  I\'m not sure when they all come out in England though.  You guys don\'t have Eternal Darkness yet either, I don\'t think, which is a pretty good game.

Best Mag...I honestly have no idea.  I just know that the official Nintendo one is pretty bad right now.  It didn\'t used to be, but it is now.

Best Site...I\'m also not sure.  I pretty much just go to the usual sites...IGN (http://www.ign.com) for news, and gamefaq (http://www.gamefaq.com) or cheatcc (http://www.cheatcc.com) for codes and strategy.

Nah, we are still waiting for ED, as Im a new GC owner I don\'t know about many of its games but I know thats been hyped to bugery. Super Monkey Ball 2 will rule IMO, I love the first one and with new games like Monkey Raft and an improved M Bowling ( which Im hooked on ) and improved M 9 Ball I cant wait. Im also looking forward to WM18, I know its had mixed reviews but I have to have somthing to hold me over to Smackdown:Shut Your Mouth.

I prefer to call it the Animal House ( Were did I steal that from ? ) I missed all my gear while I was away, all I had was a 14" TV.

You\'re talking about Nintendo Power right? I\'ve been subscribing to them for four years (this one being my fourth), and it ends in November. For good. I\'ve become so god damned sick of all the BS they\'ve done to that magazine. Its now just a bunch of fanboys who can\'t run a decent magazine anymore.

A little bitter there Orphy?  It\'s true though.  When it started out, NP gave you a strategy guide, which was like a players guide, for a popular game every other month.  Those were the days.  There was one with full maps for every Super Mario Bros. 3 level.  I used that one to death.  The thing doesn\'t even have a cover anymore :)
