Title: Dynasty Warriors 3 = great underrated game

I dunno how many of you played this but this is an excellent game.  The story, the concept and the mass of characters and items makes it really fun.  The fighting itself is repetitive and simple but the environment you get put into makes it fun.

And this game is fuking hard on the "hard" setting.

Thoughts, comments, criticisms....

Yup, it\'s a sweet game.  An incredible amount of replay value, too;  I\'ve spent hundreds of hours just trying to unlock all the characters, max out everyone\'s stats, and obtain all of the items and weapons.  Good stuff...

I can\'t wait to see DW4.

I still play it. There was a discussion here about that game a few months ago. Apparently, there are a LOT of us here that do play it, considering the number of responses.

BTW, those archers are a royal pain in the arse, aren\'t they?

yes...archers were the only tihng that annoyed me...other than that, i can own!

Who are your guys best Characters?

mine are Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and I forget his name but he has no shirt and has all these tatoos and his special is him igniting his sword and running very fast with it. Does a TON of damage.

Dynasty Warriors 2 was one of the first games I rented and it was an insane button masher but cool game I may rent this one as well.

I\'ve thought in purchasing it when it gets PLATINUM range... but I\'m not sure if it will reach that level.

Buy that game is has amazing replay value.  Archers are fuking cocksuckers, I cant stand them and why the **** they do so much damage.

Sun Ce is a great character but I just beat the game with Dia Quia or some shit, the girl with the fans.  She has infinite juggles and is so damn fast that is best so far in my book.  I finally unlocked Taishi Ci and I am dissapointed.  He sucks.

Oh yeah and Wei Wan or smth, the crazy jungle dude with the maks and double edged pike is pretty damn good.  Awesome range.

i love the two player cooperating mode, it would be pretty cool if koel designed it so before battles you could strategically decide where to place the armies on each level. i would probably be playin the game twice as much. still they improved it a lot with just the two player mode.

That split screen is painful though.

That game could be amazing online multiplayer.  Definitely be smth not on PC already but similiar.

Dynasty Warriors was aight but strangely addictive.  This sequel definitely covers a lot of the problems.

Imagine playing an online version of the game where everyone on the battlefield was actually another person playing from their PS2.

Would be a truely amazing experience :)

Ikick butt with Jieng Wei\'s fighting combos!no mortal can beat may jump,combo,jump,Mudsu(or whatever its  called),combo,jump
,combo...and so on you\'lll never hit me!(and i use his third weapon(Vipor) instead of his Forth!
