In car insurance/breakdown advertisements on TV (AA, Green flag, RAC etc...), peoples cars only ever break down when it\'s raining.
I\'ve just seen 3 such ads in a row, directly after each other, and in each of them it\'s p1ssing down.

shame on them, how dare they do such a thing......heh.....

Well, alot of accidents do happen in the rain or in the smog.

British weather eh!

Does this eplanation really need to be said?
It makes it look like far worse of an acident if you have it in the rain. My word. What if the commercial showed an accident right next to a nudist beach on a bright sunny day.
Doesn\'t really have the same affect.

Did this topic realy need a thread!

Project, you made a thread about my dad\'s avatar.....
heh

yeah it\'s probably just to make the accident look more dramatic. Althought if they had someone driving through an F5 Tornado then that would be on helluva accident but it would make for a cool insurance and make anyone in "Tornado country" buy insurance;)
