That had to be the most incredible thing I have ever seen in gaming history. What the F was that guy on?
I thought he was a goner several times but he made it.
How the heck can anyone do that?
I wonder if he plays warcraft? We can get him to become a SUCKS!!!
-
hahahaha..I thought it was fake for a while. Then I found more literature on that..seem to be true..I dont know how..but seems to be!!!
-
Where\'d that come from? I\'m interested to read about it, too.
-Eik
-
I could do that!
and I never lie, too
-
AMAZING SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! :nut: :nerd: :nerd: :nerd:
-
That is truely incredible. The idea that someone could actually do something like that...I don\'t even know how he could. I\'d be interested in knowing how much longer he went. I\'d also like to know where you found that, so I could read a bit on it.
-
That is...amazing....
-

-

my god how?? But? Huh? AH! Amazing..... :surprised
-
/me rolls around on the floor foaming at the mouth...

I dont see the big deal......are we marveling at the speed at which he is doing it?...because to me it looks like they just sped up the video...
Proof of that is: If the version of tetris he is playing is anything like the original, when you get a tetris, the blocks that disapear blink and take a while to go away before they actually go away in the video the blocks just disapear instantly.
I didnt watch the whole video so i dont know if he pulled something spectacular off in the end or if it is infact the speed you guys are all amazed at.
-
Well, when you look at the background behind the tetris board on the screen, it looks like it\'s moving at the speed those images normally would move at, which suggests that it wasn\'t sped up. IF you look at the guy on the right, you can see a bit of the corresponding images, and they appear to go at the same speed. That makes me think it wasn\'t sped up.
-
WTF? I thought you guys were talking about his ability to not die, NOT the speed which was clearly sped up? Otherwise it would have taken 10 times as long to show his abilities.
-
I\'m still not convinced it was sped up. And yes, I was also impressed by his ability to not die.
-
Well... uh... perhaps not? I just assumed it was. Otherwise it\'s just inhuman.
-
It\'s the background that gets me. The images going in the background of the tetris screen are clearly moving in real time. It would be too hard to speed the board, the score, and the next piece thing up, and keep that moving at that speed. I just don\'t think someone would go to that much trouble to make a tetris video a bit deceiving.
-
Yeah, you\'re probably right. I just looked at his hands and thought it looked a bit weird. But I didn\'t really check all the things you did. :)

I cant even make out what the things in the background are so who\'s to say how fast they should be moving.

hmmmmm, ya well, this is the "internet"
Plus it doesnt take much to speed up a video
:)

True skills. Japanese people always have a nack for stuff like this.

I can. They are various gears and pieces of machinary. At the speeds they are moving, I seriously doubt they were sped up at all.

at the end there was a rotating spinner gear (shaped like a sunflower or something), moving very slowly...i think i see what you mean, shockwaves. and wow! i feel like ive improved in tetris just by watching that guy play! what a nut!!
