Check out this review, no story spoilers, but it may spoiler some elements of the game. So don\'t read if you want to be completly in the dark.
Be warned it will hype you up about the game

Ignore the scores, and just read about the game.
It seems like just like Suikoden 2, but 3d with a skillpoint system :)
And more story compared to the last 2..
I can\'t wait!

Heh... Yeah.
I\'ve read a ton of above-average reviews and impressions about GSIII. It\'s nice to see how well the game\'s been accepted, because I had my doubts about it back when the first couple playable demos were released.
It\'s got a lot more than just 3D graphics and a skillpoint system separating it from the last installment, though. The new battle system -- complete with new Buddy and Ride-On systems -- looks incredible, and thankfully many people have said it\'s just as fast as the original\'s, making those pesky random encounters much less frustrating. The Trinity Sight System, which allows control over one of 3 (or 4, at some point in the game) of the main characters throughout the duration of the story, immensly increases the replay value. There\'s a lot of other new stuff thrown in the mix, some good and some bad.
I\'ve been eagerly awaiting Suikoden III ever since I first completed part II a few years ago. It\'s such an amazing series, and it\'s a shame that so many gamers have avoided it because it lacks a recognized name or excessive visual flair.
Suikoden III is set to release stateside in November of this year. I\'m a little worried, especially considering how long it took to bring over the previous two games and ultimately how many translation errors were still intact. But no matter. As long as the traditional Suikoden charm is retained, then I\'ll be one hell of a happy gamer this Fall. :)

To be completely honest I don\'t dig RPGS, but I have been slightly interested in this one since I saw the intial screens. The URL only heightened my interest in it. I may actually pick this one up.
I don\'t know what it is about the game, but it has style.

it may be worth your while to pick up Suikoden 1 and try it out if you can find it. If you like the 1st one of 2nd one, then you will like 3.. however if you don\'t you may not like 3

I was going crazy by the lack of RPG and had actually bought the japanese version of Grandia Xtreme...now I\'m trying to figure out how all the things work and wading through tons of nihongo. However, i find the graphics to be dissapointing. The animation of the main characters is stiff (especially when he runs) and so far, it really doesn\'t looks like any improvement from Grandia 2 on DC. Anyway, I haven\'t got into any battles yet, will post more later when i\'ve time to play the game.
