OK, once you say you would like to admit guilt and take a lesser sentence, doesn\'t taht infer that you did it? So like if you take that plea back and decide to fight it, aren\'t you kind of saying to the world, I did it, but I\'d just like to waste some of your time and money.

Why don\'t we just shoot him and get it over with.

It really pisses me off that this scumbag is playing the system.

But, doesn\'t that mean he\'s lied under oath?
Like, if you swear to tell the whole truth, and pleed guilty, then change it, that means your either lying then or lying now.
Can\'t you get into trouble for that?
-
I don\'t think he\'s been under oath or anything yet. I think he just showed his intentions of pleading guilty. But I\'m not sure.

I say kill him.
-
I didn\'t read the article but that is saying that you did do it.

The justice system is ****ed up here in Canada. If some scumbag brutally rapes a woman, the guy will get about 12 years. So he will get out in 6. For murder it\'s 20 years. In the States atleast, the sentences are longer. Life with no parole for murder, same thing for rape. Just like Karla Holmoka, she and her husband tortured, raped and killed 2 teenage girls including Karla\'s sister. They videotaped the rapes, and torture, made her eat their shit, etc. Karla got a deal for testifying against her husband and got only 14 years!

In the US, you used to get the chair for rape. That or hanging. They don\'t do that anymore.
