Well...it\'s better than tractor pulling and NASCAR and Wal-Mart mullet cuts.

Wow......whoever made that up mustve had alot of time on their hands. :surprised

Now that\'s just plain dumb if ya ask me. But if they enjoy it more power to \'em.

This all started with a website about "extreme ironing" that I believe was a complete scam.
http://www.extremeironing.com/~eib/ei/homepage/main.php
I saw this site many months ago, and identified it instantly as a funny hoax. I wonder why it appeared in the BBC news? Did they get taken? Or are they acknowledging that it\'s a fraud too?
-
I wonder if I could iron in the top of a mountain when i can\'t do it in my dinning room :p
-
Cored, I think you are right. It looks like they got scammed or something. Very odd.

Maybe the fraud was turned into reality? Who knows. Entertaining news, either way. :) Hey, as long as there are news like that and no more news about suicide bombings, child abductions, War in the Middle East, terrorist acts.....I\'ll take it.

Yeah, but the fraud website has the pics used in the BBC story. Even I don\'t fall for that...
Anyone seen my binky?
-
Don\'t you get it?
That\'s part of the BBC\'s new sporting line up.
They lost the rights to broadcast Football highlights, cricket, rugby union and a lot of other stuff, because they weren\'t prepared to fight for them.
Anyone living in the UK know that the BBC spend all their money on crappy game shows, soap operas and sub human fly-on-the-wall documentaries.
Extreme ironing and world championship knitting are "new, extreme and revolutionary" sports that are planned to be shown by the BBC

rofl!!!!!!! man that s funny, havent heard about it before........ they had extreme wheelbarrowing in the paper the other day
