Just wondering which out of the following do you fear the most


a)   Having your head / Arm trapped in something



b)   Having a small animal bite and hang on to and extremity



c)   Being trapped in a lift for 8 hours with 5 fat guys and no air conditioning



d)   Discovering you are gaining a Cup Size due to your weight
