Title: check the length of yer user title (those that can)

i lowered the max characters from 25 to 20 cause those people with long user titles are skewing the tables of the forums

the forum will not adjust those currently in place, but only restrict them from being more than 20 characters from now on

i dont wanna have to sift thru everyone\'s profile to fix those in place

so, take it upon yerself, do me this favor, and fix yer own user titles

i wont be happy if i have to do it, and you might lose that privledge altogether

Done.. I couldn\'t find a way to make it all fit in under 20 chars.. so I jus changed my Avvy while I was at it. I\'m sure Ashford is much happier now that I\'m clothed again.

mm, i think reducing length of the user title  screwed up something coz now in my usercp the "biography" "interests" &"location" feilds only allow u to type in 14-16 characters.

tyrant, all the other fields (location, interests, etc.) have always been 15 characters

bob, actually sonyfan\'s (and a few others) were 25 characters and it was fuxoring the forum tables

Actually I\'ve never been able to enter that many characters into the dialogue box in the options page.  I don\'t know if it\'s a Mac thing or I\'m just an idiot, but I tried to add a longer title and it wouldn\'t let me.  I got to like 15 characters and it through me out of the box like I maxed it out.

Doh, I\'m probably just an idiot.

no they werent, a while back i was able to  type in as much as i wanted but now it limits me.
and on further inspection this problem seems to be affecting me alone, just my luck :(.
