heh heh.... it\'s all leftover cartilage and organs and bits of meat that float off the bones when they boil carcasses.... I once saw a guitar player named Leo Kottke live and he told lots of stories. One of them was how he used to live near the Hormel factory and they had a sign that said "Hormel- we use everything but the oink!"  :D
