I say, we have 8 volunteers....
And have people put votes in a certain person....
Have each volunteer post funny pics....
And have a poll who had the funniest pics....
The losers get banned for a week and the winner gets an cool avataar!!!!
And all the people who put votes in a person gets a reward, like a lapdance from Samwise or Clyde.
