- i got home from work arounf 6 PM

- walked inside and ripped open the network adaptor (nice packaging)

- threw the directions in the corner

- screwed the adaptor in the back of the PS2

- ran a cat5 cable to my linksys 4 port router (which also has two PC\'s plugged into it) and plugged in both ends

- inserted start-up disk that came with adaptor

- hit enter a bunch of times on my USB keyboard

Here here to that.  And the instruction book is hilarious.  It has to be what about 100 pages long.

It\'s unbelievable.

There is no way they could have done a better job at making this thing as easy as possible.

it went something like this

- i got home from work around 6 PM

- walked inside and ripped open the plastic wraping on this months FHM. (Hmmm Kylie Minouge .....nice packaging)

- threw the directions & network adaptor in the corner

- ran up to the toilet or John as we Americans like to call it.

-1/2 and hour later ......Flush

- Ah thats better....now to get online.

It\' only like 30 pages long.  Sony likes to include many different languages into one book.  I think it was 5 when I skimmed it, meaning i flipped through it without reading it and just noticed the text change from english to something else a few times.  :)

My experience was as easy as MM\'s.  It was a joke.  I laugh at everyone with Cox cable and I laugh at everyone who think it was too hard.

yeah, Im suprised I even got a NA.  Actually, juslight picked it up for me while I wa out of state, and he said some kid picked up the last one right behind him.  Hes is My PS2 savior.   I cant hook it up until saturday (No Cable yet) but I was wondering if the start up disk  does an auto detect.  I ask this because I want to check out the demos before setting up my connection.

Hey MP,

You can check out the demos w/out having your PS2 online.

The only playables are Frequency & Madden, the others are videos.
