Ok I have had a couple problems with getting online.
1) My router that I bougth will let me connect to the Madden servers but not to opponents.
2) Then I plugged in the network cable right into the cable box directly and I was able to connect to my opponents. But when I played games (like 10) they were all very laggy and was not able to play them enjoyably.
If anyone has some answers or some suggestions they would be very much appreciated.

Can only help you with #1. Go to the news section(in madden online) then scroll down until you see somewhere that it says to open a couple ports that you need to open in ur router admin. Hope that helps...

I was talking to someone that was using a router in SOCOM. They said that the router was causing some problems, mainly with the earpiece. But another person in the room said that they were also running on a router (By Lynksys) and they said that it was working perfectly, and he had 3 other PS2s on the router with him.

Ok I will try that, thanks.
