Title: Soul Calibur 2 - Whens it out?

It seems like this game has been taking ages upon ages to be released. Anyone know any official details? Going by Tekken 4, I think this game is gonna rock hard. Hopefully it uses a similar if not more utilised T4 graphics engine.

I hope the character models are better though.

They\'d better be.. Soul Calibur raised the bar for fighters pretty high. I "ALMOST" can\'t find a single thing wrong with it.. and I hope they\'re putting the same attention to detail into it\'s sequel as they did into the first one. IMO, this should be Namco\'s flagship fighter.. but eh.. there\'s no accounting for taste it seems. :p

According to GAmersweb\'s relase dates...for Australia it is Unsceduled 2002.......so sometime before the end of the year.....and for us yanks.......I mean Americans.....Unscheduled 2003....that doesnt make sense tho.........

I got a strange feeling this won\'t be as good as the first.  The multiple console thing at the same time isn\'t a good idea, IMO.  It spreads the attention too thin.

The release date for the UK is still TBA I\'m afraid.

According to EB AUS, its Dec 2002 on PS2.

Australia actually gets quite a few games before the US and UK. Tekken 4 was actually released here a week before the US and UK!
