Has anyone else experienced this?
I have just turned on my PC only to have something happen that has never happened before.
For a split second, there appeared around 10 or so of these things:

in a straight line across the centre of my screen. They were not yellow, but were red, and instead of smiling, they had jagged teeth. I have since shut down my PC and restarted it about 5 or 6 times, and since doing so, they have not reappeared. There seems to be no ill/sideeffects.
Has anyone else had these thigs appear? Is it just a computer glitch, or is it a more sinister problem, such as a virus?
If it IS a virus, how serious is it?

Um... it sounds like your computer has caught THE GHEY!
Or perhaps it\'s just a virus.

Get Ad Aware and see if that works.

Never heard of that before. Run antivirus software just to be safe.:rpissed: :rpissed: :rpissed: :rpissed: :rpissed: :D

Those are not too dissimilar to what I saw. The teeth weren\'t moving though and there was a green outline to it, as I recall.

It happened after I had switched on my pc, and after all the background programmes (the ones that automatically run) had loaded.
