Gran Turismo 3 is a must for all racing fans.

Post by: Dolbytone on September 23, 2002, 12:27:05 PM: Second/third/fourth the opinions for Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec and Grand Theft Auto 3. You will spend countless hours playing both of these games. Then, GTA Vice City.

I wouldn\'t get Ico until you rent it though. Don\'t believe all the hype because this is either a \'love or hate\' kind of game. I really liked the atmosphere and absence of any numbers or meters overlayed on the screen, but the gameplay amounts to one GIANT BABYSITTING task. Now, I don\'t know about you but I\'ve always hated those babysitting missions in games like Ace Combat and Colony Wars etc., and a whole game is just ridiculous.

TMB -great multiplayer
Devil May cry - kickass adventure game
Onimusha -another kickass adventure game
ICO= I didnt get to beat it, but from what i played it owned

Many more, those you can probably get pretty cheap

2-Maximo - Sweet, nostalgic and really cheap now. $24.99

3-Devil May Cry - Absolute Must Have. Now $19.99! UNbeliavable deal.

4-SSX- Like VF4 it can be too complex for some but if you spend time with this you\'ll love it. Available for $12.99!

5- Ico - Refreshing game with great challanges and puzzles. 24.99

Final Fantasy X- Extremely challenging, amazing graphics, great fun, improved battle system but same old themes, plot holes, bad menus, and predictable events. Dont buy this, but be sure to borrow it for a couple of weeks -it\'s still a must play. Almost every Ps2 owner has it anyway.

Mark of Kri - BEST RENTAL EVER! dont buy this one but be sure to rent it. You can finish it and unlock most stuf in just 3 days.

My most wanted games are:
Kingdom Hearts ( i\'ll probably get it this weekend :)!)

I also want a good platform game that doesnt involve scavenger hunts like the old Sonic/Mario/Crash games. IM tired of platform games that all you do is search for stuff like jak and daxter, banyo kazooie etc.

Post by: JBean on September 25, 2002, 06:30:22 PM: GTA3 defintely is beatable! A co-worker of mine beat it 100% and saw the ending movie. It took him almost 6 months straight playing the game, but he did eventually do it. I don\'t think I ever got over 30% on my game.

MaXiMan, on October 22 the next in the series of Grand Theft Auto is coming out called Vice City. It looks like a 10x improvement over GTA3, but defintely get GTA3...there is just so damn much to do in that game!
