Title: “Is It Because I Is White?”
Post by: ##RaCeR## on September 30, 2002, 12:41:37 AM: White Australian Tom McCardell, 27, claims he was barred from entering popular London nightclub Bar Bollywood because of his race. He alleges the white bouncers told him, “This is an Asian Club.”

McCardell, who thought the bouncer was joking, struck an Ali G pose and asked, “Is It Because I Is White?” He wasn’t laughing after seeing non-whites being allowed into the club after he was dismissed because of his race.

Bar Bollywood manager Walid Kerbaj denied any “Asians Only” policy, saying some groups of males are denied entry if they do not accompany a female into the club. He said his club welcomes people of all races.

A little common sense is also needed along with that logic. While some golf course\'s have/had written rules stating that, not to mention being enforced. No one is saying white ppl cant wear fubu.

Did anyone stop to think for us by us could actually be about the hiphop culture?

If you don\'t see anything wrong with FUBU, well, you\'re just blind. Go down a street wearing a shirt saying "I\'m white, so if you\'re not white dont wear this shirt," if that isn\'t racist I don\'t know what is. I\'m sick of some people honoring "black" or "latino" heros. If people don\'t want to be discriminated they themselves should stop making big deals about it. Black Entertainment Television... so, that means blacks will find this channel more interesting than other TV channels? Black history month... why does it have to be just black? If a white guy says "Nigga" he better run.

Sometimes those sort of people bring discrimination on themselves.

I guess the black dude dragging from a pick-up in TX was wearing shit from the gap? Violence is just that, violence. For all anyone knows, that kid got beat up for a variety of reasons. I really doubt they targeted him b/c of some fubu gear.

Blame that on the white man. The word wouldnt even exsist if it wasnt for white men. They used it first as an insult and have since those days. Black ppl dropped the "er" and added an "a" and turned that negative into a positive with each other. It is not easy to understand why a black person finds it offensive when a white person says it? Plus your average white dont say it correctly anyway and you always get the errr sound instead of the ahhh sound.

Maybe its where we live but Luckee you\'d be suprised if you saw my school at lunch.
