Hey all, I\'m a newbie here and I just wanted to say hi to you all. I\'m the webmaster of PS2Substance.com (site isnt finished yet, but forums are pretty active... well not compared to this bohemith of a forum!) and my favorite PS2 games are Ico, Rez, and MGS2.

so, hows it goin?

Nah we are cool guys for real.. We run a forum as well. Not a little gay thing guys.  I mean we are professionals.  We just wanted to post here.  So why not put that in our sig while we are here? I hope you understand.

TheGR81 - There\'s several members here who have links to other forums in their sigs.. including some mods. As long as they\'re not making dedicated posts or threads about it.. noone really cares.

I understand that Sonyfan, but dont you find it kinda odd that all of a sudden 3 new ppl, from the same forum are talking about their forum in their posts one way or the other, and have that huge banner of a sig linking to their board?

How long have these forums been up? It reminds me of this gamecube forum i use to go to. Gamecubexl that was big and good till it finally got ruined by bad admins.

LOl I do not want to compare.. we have only been up for a month.. no comparison man.. it would be cool to get memebers from here to there and vice versa.. actually I do not care unless I make some friends here then I would like a friend from here to sign up.   Anyways is this place usually pretty busy or is it dead sometimes?  I understand all forums are dead at some points though.

well at first it seemed somewhat like we were being invaded, and would have somewhat of a faction here of the ps2substance members, and I\'m still not sure if that will happen or not...  but like sonyfan, I will give these guys the benefit of the doubt, and not ream their asses.

However I will warn them that many of the members here are quite comfortable with eachother, and this place is much like a family.  Thus many of us don\'t take well to change, ie. new members.  So it would be in their best interest to lay somewhat low, interject their opinions, and take part in the forums, but try your best to not make waves.  Because if you do, you shall be chastised quickly and painfully.  But other than that warning, this place is alot of fun, filled with great members, and if you can make it through the light hazing which will be inevidable, you will learn to love this place.
