I\'d love to see it, but I\'m only getting 1.5 kb/sec.
-
That is quite astounding! At first it didn\'t seem humanly possible to move like that, but by the end I was a believer. Impressive.
-
Shit man you got some mad skills there! Extremely impressive. I really can\'t believe that\'s you because I was in martial arts for a long time and have never seen anything like that before...
Kudos. Love that wall flip. :) Amazing dude.
-
I didnt get anything but a text file. But obviously, some have seen it. I\'l try again when I get to my computer. (My school computers must suck ass)

Nothing like Capoeira. It\'s a MA style which i find very useless. Main reason why, because it requires to much energy to use. also useless when your over a certain age. Image a 50 year old doin it. Highly doubtful. But still looks kewl for a useless style. :)

I agree, but what he did wasnt only Capoeira... he did a lot of stuff. And lot of it isnt anything with martial art at all, so I guess he have practiced all sort of things, like Kung Fu, Capoeira, gymnastics etc. But what he does is damn impresive.
-
You havent seen a shaolin monk.
-
I am watching it again and again and again...........He is a perfect mix of Lion,Eddy,Jet Lee,Jackie Chan.....
-
All it is, is Capoeira. Everything in that style is capoeira. They have to learn gymnastics for the style. I\'ve been to a capoeira school. They deck em out for it. When he\'s in the gymnasym. Look in the background and u can see the doods practicing. Chinese Kungfu is totaly different. It\'s alot more tighter in kicks etc.
-
In the backround I can see 2 people practicisng their fists too....I think.
-
That dude has some mad bounce in them legs. pretty freaking amazing. He\'s no soulgrind with his mad baton things, but shit, he\'s pretty damn cool.
EDIT!!!
Doh, just saw the end slate of the video. The dude is CANADIAN!!!
I guess he is a dork. Nevermind the cool stuff I said about him. Well, at least he isn\'t an aussie.
-
Why is he a dork?
-
[smartass comment]Do you only read one sentence at a time unicron?
You know if you read them in a row they sometimes can carry a thought. Sometimes I tend to throw numerous sentences together all relating to a certain subject.[/smartass]
That being said, He\'s a FREAKING CANADIAN!!!
It\'s a joke buddy!!
-
I didnt know that Canadians are renowned to be dorks.:p
-
Only to American\'s.... :P
-
Why are Canadians dorks for Americans anyways?
-
Because we as americans are far greater of a power than our week little underlings that live up to our north.
It\'s simply a known fact, I\'m surprised you hadn\'t heard.
-
I didnt know u cared that much about them being lower-classed than u Americans.
Why care?Why give any attention?eh?
-
It\'s just a fricking joke man!!! We just like to poke fun at them cuz, it is basically fun to poke fun!!!

Damn I wasnt precise. Why poking especially at them.I mean...There are so many others which are worse.Take Cyprus for example.:D
-
But there aren\'t as many people in Cyprus as in Canada.
If I am going to offend people I\'d like to at least maximize my offense with little extra effort.
-
I wonder if a Canadian replys to this.hehe.
-
Don\'t worry vid, The rest of the world doesn\'t exactly care much for america either. Probably the most hated country in the world. as well as some other things. ;)

There is a lot of different styles in chinese kung fu. Hung Gar for example is more tighter boxing, then u have completely other sort of kung fu styles where u use legs as much as your hands.
-
I’m talking traditional Chinese Kungfu. It has different FORMS not styles. Not the crap that\'s been mixed up etc. I do freestyle Martial Arts myself. It\'s mixed up of everything. Nothing is original to the style. Kinda good, kinda bad. :/ Now i\'m teaching Okinawa forms in it.
-
What martial arts are being mixed so far?
-
lol.. dood, i don\'t have all day. Anything with forms from other styles is a non-original style. It\'s very hard to find original styles these days. Some non mixed styles are, Traditional Karate (Okinawa) Judo, Taekwondo, Aikido to name a few. Then you gotta FIND a school that hasn\'t mixed it up with other styles, which is pretty hard to find. Styles like Jeetkunedo, Ju-jitsu, Freestyle MA are mixed.
Then u have Sub Styles (which are mixed)
Karate subs are
Uechi-Ryu
Goju-Ryu
Shorin-Ryu
Isshin-Ryu
Shotokan
Shito-Ryu
Wado-Ryu.
If you want to learn only a Original style. Go to the country of its origan. That\'s going to probably be the only way you\'ll get it without it having other forms from different styles.
-
Are u being taught elements from most of these martial arts in the martial arts school u are going?
-
Yep, to many forms to remember really. I\'m the teacher for the Okinawa weapon forms. Then we have teachers for the Taekwondo forms, kickboxing, boxing, judo, Aikido etc. There the main elements to our style. My teachers want to find a teacher for Wing chun but i think we have WAY to much already.
-
:eek:I can only say WOW!!You must be unstopable!!I wish I had the chance to practice in such a MA school too.:crap:
-
lol.. hardly. I wish it was so, but kryptonite is still my weakness. ;)

LOL:laughing:

The style i\'m learning is perfect. It\'s the best of the best so to speak.. Aikido grabs/locks, judo throws, boxing punches, TKD kicks, kickboxings powerful kicks and strength training with the okinawa weapon training. I love my style.. took me around 8 years to find it.. After doing karate, kickboxing and TKD.

The guy filmed that shit at the Ryerson campus in Toronto, where the pond thingy is, ... he got good moves, nice.
