i guess living in an area with seasons and snow and whatnot i just cant drive something like that. on the other hand, even if i lived in florida or something i still wouldnt drive one.

Post by: SwifDi on October 11, 2002, 11:33:28 PM: I don\'t like pickup trucks, SUVs, etc. I want the smallest car a manufacturer can make. And honestly, the MINI is a kick ass ride. I was at a MINI dealership and they are good cars. I\'m sure they\'re fast because their light weight, and I saw one driving and they haul ass.

Most people say that they are REALLY fun to to drive; that they corner well. They may be just a tad under powered, unless you get a turboed version.

Post by: Coredweller on October 12, 2002, 10:00:31 PM: The Mini Cooper S is supercharged, not turboed. Whatever, it\'s FI. I\'ve read from people who\'ve driven them that they don\'t feel that fast. People say they probably are "faster than they feel." I don\'t like that. Basically you\'re not going to win any drag races with the Mini, but maybe a good aftermarket will spring up.
