So certain shops won\'t sell it, I bet these shop sold GTA3 with no problem and IMO that is much worse than some stupid BMX game.

Well, duh, didn \'t Acclaim know it all along?  Their new game probably blows, and "how the hell are we gonna make people buy this" so they make it controversial and BLAMMO they got all the publicity they need.  Kinda like Marylin Mason.

Nudity doesn\'t necearrily mean it\'s going to end up crap. That jus happens to be the case 99.999% of the time. :crap: I wouldn\'t judge it until I played it, but the odds are stacked against it.. expecially since it has ACCLAIM\'s name slapped all over it.

It has always amazed me of how some people think that viewing nudity is more harmful than viewing violence. I think neither should be viewed to people underage of course, but this game is rated "Mature". Wal*Mart sells GTA3 and other Mature titles, along with R rated movies. So why is this game any different? It cannot be sold to anyone under 17. I just don\'t get it.
