Title: Your input..
Post by: on October 17, 2002, 11:38:40 AM
IM making a web page for a class at my highschool. Its up and running and need some input. A lot of you will probably flame it, but I\'m sure a couple ppl here will be positive. Personally, I think its not bad, since I only started HTML a few days ago.

Man Junneau is small.  It\'s funny how you here of Anchorage and Junneau and you think of them as large since their dot is just as big as houston on a map.

I can resize that GIF, but I can\'t pull it off of the thread.  It is reading as a BMP instead of an animated Gif for some reason.

Mabe becuase it was attached rather than Image tagged or something.

Where\'s your family from, if you don\'t mind me asking? Karsten doesn\'t sound like a typical American name...

Its norwegian for "valiant warrior"(sp?) my father was also named Karsten. I am the 9th Karsten in my family. My mother\'s family is from Minnesota, and my fathers from Norway.

Juneau is a wonderful place to live. Its so gorgeous this time of year, with the leaves falling and the snow coming in. A great place for a family trip *nudge nudge*

Thanks for all of the great input, being my first time at HTML I am actually fairly proud of it.

Yeah, I figured some of your family would be from Scandinavia. Karsten is a common name here.
