It doesn\'t sound like him that much to me. Just someone with a strong cockney accent.

It\'s Vinnie Jones. Not that I know who that is, I\'ve just read that it is him.

to me sounds nothing like him, reminds me of mike reed more..lol, also know as frank butcher.......... aint they having ray liotta as the main guys voice in gta:vc

Mmm.. yeah, after listening to it, it actually doesnt sound like Vinnie jones at all.
Vinnie Jones was also in \'Snatch\' an absolulty brilliant film imho. and \'Gone in 60 seconds\'.
