Title: A new Strider game...

..according to the new Official Playstation Magazine


* Following the likes of Contra, Shinobi, ......Capcom will be remaking Strider for the Playstation 2. Expect running, slashing, and more from the famed Hiryu.

Also
* Eidos will be dwelving into their Fighting Force franchise.....namely Fighting Force 3.

* Tecmo brings more of Rygar......with Rygar 2 in late 2003.

Sound like good news!

I think  this is what Living-In-Clip wanted, a new Strider game!

That is good news, now all we need is a remake of Final Fight to complete the list.

If this is a sick joke, I\'ll be forced to travel to OPM\'s HQ and kill someone..If not...THANK THE GOOD LORD!

I do remember Capcom mentioning looking into a Strider sequel, but I figured it was just them talkin\'...

Now Konami needs to bring back CastleVania to the consoles.

cool, very cool.. not so keen about the fighting force game tough, both of them sucked imo

I wouldn\'t mind if they use some 3D, as long as they use it just for the backgrounds. Otherwise it would change the gameplay completely (= no Strider).
