yeah why the HELL IS that ?

Free Radical (Nottingham) gets launched in the US 1st
Rockstar North (SCOTLAND) gets launched in the US 1st

God Damn you Eidos and Rockstar don\'t forget were these great games come from !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:

ok its less than 3 days... 4 if we count Friday. (some EB and Game stores have been know to sell games a day early TS2 for example )

So the real question is anyone Psyched ?

Plus isn\'t their parent company Rockstar games based in US? R. North might develop the code but the game has to be mass produced in the US. I\'m pretty sure R. North doesn\'t have the facilites to create 5 million games for first day\'s/week\'s launch.

Most European developers create their games for the superior PAL format. Im not sure if DMA did this with Vice City though because it was created in both the UK and US.

The reason why its launched later in Europe might have something to do with localisation (translate game into French, German, Italian, Spanish ect).

Rockstars does not print the games, Sony does.

Oooohhh.. a little under 24 hours until i get to play the follow-up to one of my fave PS2 games.

I never really bothered with GTA1, 2, or London, so i have only played GTA3. there\'s plenty more GTA gaming in me
i wonder for those who have played them all, that it\'s getting a little \'old hat\' and that they are begining to find it boring.

Well, definatly not me :0) Vice City is gonna be my home for a few months.. heck, GTA3 lasted me for over 6 months
and i hadn\'t finished it.. it was keeping me for a lot of nights. i was even passing up sex, is that strange?

Nah, u aint seen the wife. lol

deal better than GTA3, but the game seems to be coming into it\'s own once you have had the chance to muck about
and check out the cool new stuff.. i\'ll be playing it l8r on tonight as the kids are home.. so i\'m off out down the local
club to have a game of snooker to pass the time away.. damn, i\'m quite excited to get home to play this masterpiece.
Believe me, you wont be dissapointed. and hey, make sure you turn off the \'trails\' in the graphics option, i loved the
trails in GTA3 but these are different, VC looks loads better with them disenabled.

Man, some of you lot should get an early night tonight.. i guarantee you\'ll be up late tomorrow.
Give the lady in your life all of your time tonight, clean up for her or maybee do the dishes. she\'ll leave you in peace
tomorrow.. honestly, take advantage of this wisdom. i\'ve been married for 5 long years. yeah, they do feel long.....

and the reason the trasils look like that is to give it a 80s feel more, i mean you know when u see a song on mtv from that era, and its all weird , crap pic etc, thats why it does it

I dont want to spoil anything cuz I dont know where you are.

There is one helicopter on the VCN building. Its right by the northern bridge on the 2nd island (the island to the west), try to find the open door (it should be right next to the bridge) which will lead to the rooftop.
If you\'re lucky you will see THIS (http://w1.480.telia.com/~u48019256/VC-VCN.jpg) wonderful thing :)
