I\'m stuck on the first Diaz mission where you have to follow the thief. The only thing is, he keeps shooting up my car and destroying it. Is there an easier way to beat this or a way to disarm the gun man? Thanks.

Just stay far enough behind, and get on the bike that\'s there! It\'s a lot harder for him to hit, just be careful not to crash.

Thats my problem :) I always find a way to fly off of it. I was actually doing pretty well with the bike until they blew out a tire and I almost died. I\'ll give it a try. Thanks man.

After jumping off the roof, jump on the mo-ped thats there. Keep a good distance from him, Just enough so you know where he\'s going. Dont worry if you cant see him cause he turned a corner, you wont fail the mission unless your WAY to far behind. Also, keep zig-zagging to dodge the bullets they fire at you.

Now I\'m stuck on the junkyard where you need to save Lance. I always have one guy that kicks my ass. I figured out a tactic though. Take a prostitute, get 125 health, buy body armor and drive a car in and run over as many as I can. Tried it once but didn\'t have sex with the prostitute. I got gunned down by one of the last guys (I just had him targeted. I could have got him).

I got a farely large car... like the esparanto or a van, then ramed through the baracade they had in the front, made a quick right trying to run over as many as possible while getting as close to lance as possible. Usually I got to the hangar where they keep him. Id jump out, run into the hangar kill the guy thats inside and the two that are outside. Then from now, just chill inside the hangar, all the dudes will run at you so you can pick them off one by one. Remember the guy on top of the crane.
After handling most of the enemies, get lance and jump inside the car thats outside the hangar, BUT DONT TAKE IT ALL THE WAY. Just use it to get to the trashmaster thats sitting there waiting for you in the middle of the junkyard. Once you have this thing, the people waiting outside in the cars cant do shit. Just haul ass all the way to the hospital.

It seems like the trashmaster is the way to go...damn I didn\'t
use that thing at all.
Here\'s what I did:
Fly a helicopter just east of the entrance/barricade. There\'s
a building with a roof that has a set of stairs (so you can get
back to the \'copter).
Snipe the guys in front. Move in...snipe again. Rinse, and repeat.
Once you get Lance, jump in the car, and make it to the stairs.
I pulled the car onto the stairs, and the other cars couldn\'t really
do anything.
They were waiting for me when I flew to the Hospital, but I
landed the \'copter with no problem. Good luck!

I used the same tactics as you jonyaya, flew there with a helicopter..with plenty of time to snipe the guys one at a time. Grabbed lance, jumped in the Sentinel and got him to the hospital..first try.

I just smashed in with an infernus and drove till it lit. Got out, quickly swapped between targets whilst guning with my uzi, got lance, and did quick target swapping again on the way out. got in the trashmaster, stuck to the roads (rather than backstreet shortcuts) and lost the cubans after about 20 secs, they didnt get nr me after that

No-one seemd to chase me as I left, I saw their cars just pulling away and driving off. I think it was because I spent loads of time in the building at the far end with lance and they got bored, it was just a sunday drive to the hospital on a PCJ 600!

Where do I get the chopper. What hostpital?

You can get one from the nothernmost police station on the 2nd island, i forget the name of the district

There is a ramp with a ladder on the side..you don\'t go into the building. You can also get a helicopter at the hyman condo...if you\'ve purchaced it.

Try the VCN tower at the north end of 2nd island, there is a way up to the roof where the chopper is.

yeah, you gotta go up the stairs. The hyman condo is only 14,000, its worth getting. check out the map to see where it is

I got the hyman condo. I thought it was 1400 dollars and took all my money. Oh well. But there isn\'t always a helicopter there though. I have to take a strol around the block and come back.

Took all your money? Then you haven\'t been saving your game, and the money you\'ve collected? I had around 90,000 when i bought the condo, so.

I had only about 15000 when I bought it.
