Shitty rear tires..bad camber/cut springs..etc..etc..

Course actually having remotely any driving skill helps.

He was changing lanes....saw the car to his right, he over corrected....and as lucky boy said, cut springs (if not cut, extremely low and tight springs), bad camber, enormously thick rear sway bar = massive oversteer.
