OMFG!!!!! the browns beat Jacksonville!  with less than 30 sec hail mary and they get a TD!  they replayed it and the call was good with 00:00!  and by the NFL rules the extra point had to be done and they won 21-20!  and the Steelers lose to Texas....yes Texas!

the browns shouldnt have been sweating the Jaguars that bad but they had 2 blocked FG\'s and 1 TD that should have been!  Couch did a complete 360 from the first half of the game!

12 seconds left Garcia to Owens for the TD!  Up by four.  Final play by the cowboys is a hail mary broken up by Owens (didn\'t matter though since it wasn\'t even in the endzone).  I love this guy!

Brady > Bledsoe
Patriots > Bills
Bills > Dolphins
Dolphins = Jets

so...

Patriots > Bills > Dolphins or Jets

I think I win.

Anyway, New England is in the drivers seat.  New England beats Buffalo again for the sweep.  Tom Brady solid performance, NE\'s defense picks up 4 INTS.  Next week Tennessee, good one for monday night.  And the Pats are making their late season comeback for the 2nd year in a row...  trust me!

If that\'s true, that\'s shit.

I mean, I was bad all year, struggled to win games, lost some close ones, while Tony has been competing for a playoff spot all year, doens\'t make it, and if he beats the shit out of me in the Toilet Bowl, he gets a higher pick than I do?

That\'s shit. Nothing against you Omen, but 75% of the discrepancies in this league seem to have me on the brunt end of it.

True, but you\'ve put it together. I\'m losing, yes, and so are 6 other people. Most of us 6 have had a bad season, so why should we get a bad pick for losing to somebody who\'s been in playoff contention all year? It just doesn\'t make much sense to me.

I just think that the first 6 picks should be determined by the finish in the regular season, and the final four picks would be determined by playoff finish, e.g. The winner of the playoffs with the last pick, loser of the title 9th, winner of 3rd place 8th, and loser of the 3rd place game with the 7th pick.

I need some fantasy football help. It may seem like the stupidest question for one to ask but anyway:     (i can only start 2 WR\'s)

im for sure going to start Peerless Price. My other WR is jerry rice who of course i would start, but the reports says the dolphins could contain him and brown cuz they are ranked third in passing D. My other WR i could put in for rice is Travis Taylor who is the main WR for the ravens and plays the texans. Im leaning towards rice cuz so many teams have tried to stop him and couldnt.

Chiefs Down 31-24 to the Broncos with 22 seconds left, 2nd and 10 at the Broncos 10 yard line, the play insues, Trent Green dumps off an 8 yard pass to Mike Cloud, and there\'s a flag on the play.

What\'s the flag? A Leg Whip against John Tait. Not only is that a pretty thin call to begin with, it wasn\'t even a leg whip to begin with.

Chiefs are then forced to throw up two desperation passes from the 30, neither of them working. The Chiefs go home battered (Priest Holmes has a sprained hip) and blowing a huge opportunity to jump into the division and playoff race.

I think tomorrow nights game, Pats vs. Titans is the most evenly matched MNF game of the year.  It\'s going to be exciting seeing them play each other.  I think Belicheck has Tennesee\'s number though.

Nothing better than unbiased comments about football games.

I couldn\'t care less about the game other than Eddie George needs to get his ass into gear and score me some TDs.

14-0, not looking good, but the pats have been down by worse.

They play only their best for Bulger

And even their best is good enough just to beat the Cardinals

If you think Bulger is better then Warner you have seen Bulger Sunday night

Warner has been bothered by injuries all season long.  He deserves the starting job next year.

The only team they beat this year worth much is the Raiders who were in that losing streak.  And that game went to overtime.

They lost to all the good teams including all the big NFC teams.

So therefore,  they lose in the first round.

They beat a good New York Giants team, and a good Kansas City Cheifs team.  You, of all people, should know how good KC can be.  They also beat the Rams, who are a dangerous team.  And yes, the beat Oakland.  They also went to OT against San Diego.

Besides, they could very easily end up at 11-5, after going 2-2 against the toughest division in football, and sweeping their own division.

Martin was the Ram QB for the san francisco game

Yeah but did you see that game?  Martin was horrible.  2INTS probably 12-30 1 TD which came with 30 seconds left and 49ers playing soft defense

Not to mention that INT he threw with 5 seconds left in the half that was returned for a TD...

Faulk caught fire when Bulger came in in the Oakland game.

How about this for a speech;
"If anyone else would have won the championship, people would have still been bitching about how they were somehow screwed over.  Shockwaves had a trade with luckee but no one complained about it because he didn\'t make it to the playoffs.  As for my trade with luckee, no one held a gun to his head and made him accept it.  Finally, I would like to thank the people in the league who take this game far too seriously, and constantly made this league a pain in the ass with their constant complaining.  From the bottom of my heart, thank you."  ;)

No one complained about my trade with luckee because it was insignificant.  I won\'t be keeping the player I traded for, and the player I traded for became my fourth string WR.  You traded for two of the best players out there.  If I were commish, I\'d say that it would only be fair if you couldn\'t keep either...but then again, you\'re commish, so fat chance that happens.

And if you can\'t take the complaining, I\'d gladly commish this league next year.  Personally, I happen to like complaining :)

Next Week - Needs - Dolphins over Pats, *sigh* Cardinals over Broncos (GO JAKE THE SNAKE!), Jags over Colts, and of course, Chiefs over Raiders.

Give or Take - Jets and Packers...Jets could win, would only cement the fact that the Pats are out. Chiefs own the tiebreaker against both the Fins and the Jets, but don\'t have it against the Patriots....GO DOLPHINS!

But of course, for all of this to materialize, Priest Holmes needs to be healthy. Sadly, the Chiefs need the Cardinals to beat the Broncos...the Chiefs would lose the tiebreaker to the Colts simply because of the 3rd Tiebreaker - record against common teams. Even if the Colts lose, they\'ll have a 3-2 record against the Broncos, Browns, Dolphins, and the Jags twice. The Chiefs have a 2-3 record against those 4 teams (Broncos twice), so they\'d lose the tiebreaker.

God...the entire season basically rests on 3 games. It wouldn\'t hurt if the Falcons beat the Browns, just to get their keniving asses out of there :-P

See Yuz.

A better idea would be simply to not put trades through right away.  Maybe we should just keep the one day trade period on.  That way, people have time to spot and report trades like that.  I know I check the leagues everyday, usually, and I would veto any unfair trades I see.  And if I happen to be making a trade that is unfair, if you guys speak up about it, I\'d veto that too.

This Giants game is annoying as all hell.  Down 7-0 at the half.  First we have an INT inside the 10, then a TD called back on a total bullshit holding call, then a fumble inside the 10.  We should be tied at least, if the ref didn\'t make that horrible call.  We\'ve outplayed the Eagles all game, and yet we\'re down 7-0.  We\'ve been moving the ball almost at will, and we have no points.

Sorry about leaving.  I\'m back now though.  Oh well.  Go Chiefs? :(

And the biggest blown call was not the one in OT.  It was the first TD by the Giants that was called back.  That changed the game.

And I forgot who said it...prolly Shockey, but whoever did was right.  The Eagles secondary is overrated.

That was depressing.

The Raiders beat the Chiefs 24-0, and while the Raiders clinch Home Field Advantage...the Chiefs go home battered, bruised, and wondering what could have been had they just had a couple of breaks and stayed healthy during this last month.

The entire starting backfield was gone for the past two games. Greg Wesley, the best Secondary man on a core that was basically awful during the entire season, and Jerome Woods, who broke his leg during Training Camp, just feuled the fire.

But basically what it came down to, was the fact that when one of the best fullbacks in all of football, and arguably the best running back in football are injured for your team, and you\'re playing in a rain-ridden field against a top teir team...bad things are bound to happen.

Just Depressing. See Yuz.

The Packers suck...  I can\'t believe they actually gave up LOL.

Patriots end the Season on a good note, now they head into the offseason to rethink their gameplan for next year.

We\'ll if I\'m going to pick two teams to root for in the post-season it will be the Browns and the Giants.

I despise the Jets... for stealing New England\'s title...
I despise the Packers... for giving up that game to the Jets...

so now I root for the Colts, and whoever is playing the Packers.

The Falcons will play the Packers if the Bucs win.

And go Jets.  The Pats are out.  Hahaha, this is great.

ya, haha. If the browns get in the superbowl i will sell any nfl thing i have and never watch football again :). Im rooting for vick and the falcons to win the superbowl and prove all the bandwagoners wrong who loved vick, then he had 2 bad games and everyone all of a sudden said he was overrated after the fact that they were the people \'overrating\' vick.

I saw the matchups for next week and it does not look good for Cleveland...they get pittsburgh at Pittsburgh......... I had a feeling that would happen! and Couch is OUT.....could be an interesting game.........or not.........

:rpissed: :rpissed:

Here are the matchups from ESPN.com for next weekend

AFC:
Indianapolis at NYJ
Cleveland at Pittsburgh
Raiders and titans have a Bye

NFC:
NYG at San Fran
Atlanta at Tampa Bay
Eagles and Packers have a Bye

well, if vick plays like he did against tampa then ya. cuz it is vick vs. whoever theyre playing. And u cant base it on the game today against the browns cuz i bet dan reeves would have let vick run the ball for the last touchdown and 2 point conversion to tie the game if the saints didnt lose. I think they all turned theyre guards down when they heard the panthers won and they were in the playoffs. Their defense his damn good, and if finneran doesnt drp the damn ball they might have a good chance. And the one thing i see wrong with vick is those dump passes, theyre always at the players feet. I actually think its between the eagles and the raiders, but im still rooting for the falcons.

This is the stupidest game ever.  Neither team deserves to win.

Actually I think that the only way a team will win is if the Defense scores.

GREEN BAY WERE EMBARRASED BY THE JETS!!!

what happened to the number 1 quaterback in the NFL??? NOT SO GREAT NOW IS HE!!!???

JEFF GARCIA IS THE BEST!!!!

im glad greenbay lost, im a niner fan, and that automatically makes me a greenbay hater. greenbay and niners will meet again during the playoffs. and its best that they dont play at greenbay, but seeing the way they played tonite it probably wont matter.

even though with a tampa lost and a niner win tomorrow, the niners get 3rd seed. i want tampa to win, that way greenbay doesnt get a bye and get kicked off the playoffs during the first round!!! :) :) :)

Giants defense will shut down that over rated offense they got in San Fran land. And seeing ast he Niners have no defense our offense looks to avenge the poor showing we had in week one, I like you vapor, but we\'re gonna f*cking kick y\'alls asses.
