using the size tag to make signature text LARGER then normal = bad

making it smaller = ok

i\'ll make a deal with everyone, size=3 will be the max allowed

thats one step above normal

normal
size 3
size 3 with bold[/size]
size 3 with bold and color[/size]

size=2 is normal text
size=1 is the smaller text
thats about it

ok, if its one or two words like coredweller\'s
its not so bad

i just HATE seeing two lines of size=4 text as a sig

so, for future reference
someone like coredweller\'s sig is ok
having a full line of text (or more) with size=4 (or higher) is bad

Alright, but what if we have larger sized text in our signatures, and our sig is longer than 5 lines -- would that work? ;)

Post by: luckee on December 13, 2002, 09:54:16 PM: We solved that easily at one forum with like 20k members. All sigs are to bee 5 lines regardless of text or pic. So one huge text sig..or 2 half sized..or 5 lines of normal..etc..etc..
