Title: New members abusing privilages?
Post by: on December 12, 2002, 03:40:07 PM: Is it me or does it seem as if a lot of new members are appearing, constantly spamming, using incorrect grammer, and over all pissing off everyone? I dont know anyway to stop this, or if it really matters, half-of them havent even read the n00b faq I\'m sure.

What do you guys think?
