Where do you download this free and can it help you to minimize pictures for your avatar I tried to minimize pictures in ms paint but wont work help plese

Yes it does let you downsize the pics..

And we download Photoshop? Who told you that? I know I payed for mine ;)

No one said he wanted to download the full version.  There is nothing wrong with downloading photoshop.  They have free versions you know...

I use paint shop pro 6 shareware. It resizes avatars very well.

Or you can hit C and use the crop feature.  You can then make the size whatever you want in the crop options and go and create a pic whatever size you want.

Alt-I, I is what you are looking for though.
