You cant get it just like that..
I think it has something to do with "them" having an extra chromosome or something.

We may not be exactly like him, but what if we were to get into a car wreck tommorow and damaged your brain? We would walk around with drewl coming out of our mouth an oxygen tank and probably would go to the special olympics.

I find any dig at people with disabilities is of somewhat poor taste.
