Title: Auto Modellista Beta Test(ers)

Anyone else get an invite for this game?
I did, but I\'m stuck at work and don\'t have my PS2 serial #
handy...blech. Guess I\'ll do it when I get home.

I _SERIOUSLY_ want to beta test this game. I\'ve heard mixed
reviews on it, and I\'d love to get to be one of the few to see if
they\'ve added anything to the J-Spec version...

Last I heard the online mode had been removed (PAL version anyways):(

Gotta fill it out today.

Wow. It\'s like I\'m on some Beta junk mail list (not junk though).

I think they got my name/email addy when I sent in the registration for the network adapter (to get TMB:O).

I\'m pretty sure it\'s still going to be online- read below:

"Do you love to check out new games and have a thirst for excitement? See if you fit the requirements below to be an online beta tester for Auto Modellista for the PlayStation®2 system:
You own a PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system.
You own a Network Adaptor for PlayStation®2.
You own a Memory Card 8MB for PlayStation®2.
You have a broadband Internet connection.
You have the desire and enthusiasm to test a groundbreaking game!
If chosen to be a beta tester you will be expected to:
Play Auto Modellista with other avid gamers."

Sounds like the NA is still a part of it...should be cool, hopefully

Yes, but the game features an online option.

They are beta testing the online portion of the game.  :)

It is out in Europe, the U.S. is looking at a Feb. or March release.

I got the invite in the mail too.  But when I went to sign up I was told that I wasn\'t invited even though I sign up for the beta program.  I couldn\'t beta Everquest when I was invited because the registration screen was giving me errors, now this.  Will I ever get to beta anything?!

Jackal, I\'m pretty sure others are getting this, too.
Check the gamefaqs.com message board for AM to be sure,
but it seems like they aren\'t really "inviting" anyone yet, just
getting registration info. Methinks we\'ll hear more within a few
weeks.

I got the invite. Like Jackal, they said that I have not been invited yet. Their email notification to apply for an invite is just that - apply and after reviewing your status, they may or may not invite you.

I\'ve got cable modem access, play at least around 10 hours a week and  I don\'t work for any online game site.

but i cant connect when i am registering my user name and pw. I run the test connection fine. anyone else have this problem?

I just got back and found the beta test CD in the mail box.

heh, they sent me the email to sign up put im pretty sure it doesnt apply to canadian citizens...
