It\'s made from Kobe beef. Probably the world\'s most expensive beef. To me, it\'s a crime to grind Kobe beef.

I\'d try it once, but pay only half and split it with a friend.  It\'s always nice to have a great burger made by a chef and not an assembly line.

I think those 12 are exported FROM Japan. Japan keeps the rest to themselves. Up to $300 a pound for the Japanese imports. The Kobe beef raised in California and Australia, under strict Japanese supervision, sell most of its stock to Japan. The rest of us get the $100 a pound left overs.

I dunno, that burger sounds pretty good.  Ignoring the fact that it\'s hamburger, probably everything in that restaurant is over 30 bucks, and if that beef is more expensive than regular filet or tenderloin, then I\'d try it once....
