Hello there,
Does anyone know of a way to convert degrees to radians(u know the \'pie = 180 degrees\' thing)
Like 75 degrees to 5pie/12
-
Since 360 degrees are equivalent to 2p radians, or 180 degrees are equivalent to p radians, it can be applied as a conversion factor to convert degree measure to radian measure, and vice versa.
So you multiply the degrees by Pi Radians/180 degrees.
To convert the other way, 180 degrees/ Pi Radians.
Example:
Express 225ยบ in radians.
Answer:
255 deg x pi radians/180 deg
= 5 pi/4 radians

damn, you hosers are smart and shit. They don\'t learn us very good here in aMerica....
-
Actually thats pretty basic shit.

Some day I\'ll ask for math help on here. Then you\'ll all run around confused. Well, unless someone smart is on. Bossieman would probably laugh at how simple the stuff I\'m doing is :(

Um.... ok

Think back to 8th grade Spudz, it\'s just confusing the way it\'s written.

thats pretty cool stuff, we be learning it right now.

Im still a little confused and my prelim is 2 weeks away!! but thanks any way FatalXception. im just so shit at maths that why i dont really understand it =]
-
I hate maths.

try this...
pi = 180
2pi = 360
to go from degrees to radian...
(degrees / 180) * pi
example 36 degrees:
(36/180) * pi
36 / 180 = .2 = (1/5)
(1/5)pi or you could write it out in decimal form:
.628318
