seems like this is one of the few games that will look great across all platform without much difference!!!

Oh well, I\'m a diehard fan of the series, I\'ll give it a try, but I think I\'ll stick with ole\' faithful (*hugs DC*).

And they could have chosen a MUCH better tekken character... or hell, use someone from a completely different franchise. He doesn\'t belong there, he doesn\'t havea SWORD.

Post by: THX on January 17, 2003, 11:15:45 AM: Spawn is old here in the States but Japan is currently in love with him. Todd McFarlane himself made the designs for Spawn and Necrid. Since the series sells well in Japan, Namco is willing to pay a little extra to capitilize on its popularity.

Personally I think exclusive characters for each system is stupid. It will cause more fanboyism ("Link can kick Spawn\'s ass!!") and people with multiple consoles will be pulling their hair out wondering which one to get.

And have any of you people downplayin\' the games graphics seen this gem in motion? SC2 is storm of artistic, poly pushin\', self shadowin\' eye candy goodness. It wasn\'t "downgraded" during the multiplatform port either, arcade SC2\'s screenshots didn\'t look any better.

I believe we\'re getting HDTV and progressive scan support with all versions. Hurrah. :)

btw, speaking of progressive scan, I\'m just wondering. Since I don\'t have HDTV, does progressive scan games automatically detect your HDTV or do u need to set it in an option menu??

Maybe I\'ll get a HDTV sometime in near future.

Pictures are butt no matter the game. I have yet to see pictures that do any game any justice. It just doesn’t stand to reason why anybody would form an opinion on a game like this from some pictures. As for Link in the GC version. Does anybody remember the first pics released for the newest Zelda? Wasn’t that the depiction of what was to be Link in the new Zelda for the GC? Hmmm, interesting.
