Title: Pete Rose going into the Hall of Fame?
Post by: videoholic on January 17, 2003, 10:43:12 AM: Well, Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame that is. No clue if this is just a publicity stunt or what.

How many years do you think it will be till Pete is in the REAL Hall of Fame?

With the turn of events over the past couple months with him and baseball, I think we are only about 3 years away. What you think?

I dont think he should be let back into baseball in any way other than the hall of fame though.

And im talking as a player, not a manager.

Post by: shockwaves on January 18, 2003, 09:05:08 AM: There are a few good Canadians in other sports. Like Larry Walker in baseball or Steve Nash in basketball. Besides, Canada DOES have two major league teams, even if one draws fewer people than some minor league teams.

I thought that he bet against the reds, but i guess he bet for them to win, which is still bad since its betting but i thought it was a lot worse.

And Pete Rose at Wrestlemania was great. He was there twice actually :)

Im all for him being inducted in the hall of fame since he has rightfully earned that spot.
