Title: Sega President and COO Peter Moore resigns to work for Microsoft

"hired Moore as corporate vice president of retail sales and marketing, a new position created for the 20-year video-game veteran. "

Not sure what to think of that. All I can say is that I think it would be a bad idea to hire any top level managment from Sega. The last time I checked Sega was failing pretty miserably, and MS isn\'t doing all that great.

MS not doing all that great? Nntendo is? Sony had a huge head start of course no one can touch them now but I think MS is doing fine in a solid second place.

The game is afoot.

The gamecube may not be the hottest thing on the market, but the GBA is. So far as the XBOX being a solid second place. I would love to see how the software is doing. Since Ms is selling the box at a loss, and they are hoping to make up for a loss on the console with game sales. I have a tendency to say that nintendo has bigger sellers with games like Mario, star fox, etc.... Not to mention I remember reading that it costs virtually nill to produce the gamecube. I could very well be wrong though.
