WOOOOOOOWWWWWW ADSL for Adan now!!! 256/128!!!

Just arrived a couple of hours ago. I installed the modem and configured the DNS and I\'m not flying at 256kb instead of 33.

yes, when I first got DSL about a year ago, I must have DL\'d 2-3 gigs my first few days. I had multiple P2P programs open DL\'n EVERYTHING I could.

My mother also got an internet connection today :D Since I basically live at my mother\'s, this is a very happy day :) Her new connection is also an ADSL.

So, let us celebrate this together, Ad :)

Sweet.. I got ADSL 512/512 a few years ago.. Then I thought I was king of the world, now it just feels slow :p

mine is 929/347 on one site

and

1486/285 on another (yes that is 1.5 meg (I rounded))

I go to http://www.dslreports.com/stest to check my speed (they have 2 sites you can test your connection with)

I have a Cablemodem BTW (roadrunner)

I have cable too with high download speed (1350 on that site) but Comcast sucks for upload which is around 128.  Just barely acceptable for videogames when lotsa people are online.

$44.95 USD a month plus I got digital cable so i pay about 120 a month.

Wow very cheap... I pay €39 monthly for that ADSL connection. But all we know that internet in USA (I mean out of Europe) is not the same than in Europe.
