Title: Anyway Megaman X fans here ?

I just learned that there is megaman X7 coming to ps2 and that there is a 2 player mode that you can play with X and Zero ! anyway one else praying that they do a good job with it ?

I loved Megaman X.. one of my favourite games....

Im sure ill be happy with it as long as its 2d:D

I\'ve seen some previews of it somewhere...

Anyways, apparently they\'ll be using cel-shading graphics, personally I don\'t like the cartoonish look they tend to give games, but hopefully they\'ll utilize it well enough to surprise me. From what I saw, X and Zero were running around the level simultaneously, so I think there will be a 2 player mode available. For the most part it looked 2D but there seemed to be some odd camera angles. So, I\'m not sure, can\'t remember quite clearly right now.

it\'s kinda 2.5-D.  I dont really like the cell shaded thing but what the heck.

ya you can player at 2 player  , in single player you can switch between zero and X anytime , but you can do the game at 2 player , both Zero and X at the same time :) thats gonna be fun

I love the idea of switching players, and 2 players mode.  I prefer 2-D gameplay still.  Why cell shaded?  Not many people like it.

its not exactly 2d , and its not exactly 3d , they say its more like 2.5 d :)

Hardcore MegaMan Freak <<<:D . well almost. grew with them and still do. Im playing X5 and X4 again and getting everything (Gaea armor, Falcon armor etc.) Well i dont know about X7 but im very curious as to how it will look.

well i am right now replaying megaman X , X2 and X3 ,   never played the others . Are they pretty good ? i found them for like 15 canadien bucks at EB , is it worth it ?

I love megaman. Have every game and I even have every Rockman EXE (Anime) that have been aired. I also have some Megaman episodes, where you can see when Dr Light built megaman. He was a cleaning robot from the beginning.

This game looks nice but Megaman Battlenetwork for GC looks better IMO.

i actualy have my doughts for both of them , the one on GC looks like 2d and a little bit classic style and the one on PS2 looks like the next-gen mega man X

The last one was sub-par, IMO. I can\'t believe there was slowdown in a f\'n 2D game!

Hopefully, they do this one right.
