Title: Dvd wants
Post by: Capcom on January 24, 2003, 08:21:07 PM: Lic has got me back into a dvd kick as of recent. So anyways here is a question for you all.

What dvd that is either oop and too expensive to buy, or has not made it out dvd that you would love to have?

Here is my short list.
1. Star Wars episode 4,5,6 non SE or anything else lucas wants to do to it other than clean up the sound or video.

2. Indiana Jones Trilogy. I realize it is suppose to come out, but I think Lucas wants to wait until Indy 4 is released, and god knows when that will make it out.

3. You can go ahead and laugh at this one, but I want all the subspecies movies from Full Moon. I have the new 4, and vampire chronicles. I am beginning to doubt I will ever see this one though. Try going to full moon\'s webpage. It is gone. I hope they did not go under without giving me 1,2,3 on dvd.

Btw the first 2 on my list can sort of be had, but it is from laserdisc so it is not what it should be. :( and bootlegs are bad!!!! Lucas has turned many of his fans to the darkside.

I also want the weekend at bernie\'s 2 DVD :)

Post by: Living-In-Clip on January 26, 2003, 01:07:19 PM: I don\'t know the reason - but when the two volumes came out all DVD sites confirmed there was no season 1 and on our covers of Volume 2 and 3 , it states that there is no volume 2 and "NEVER WILL BE".

Most of your list can be obtained for 150 bucks minus the Rocky Boxset which I think is going oop or it is now. So if you want it you better get it now. The T2 2 disk SE is now oop I do believe. Not a bad dvd. I somewhat enjoy it.

I wonder if Jackass season 1 is when some stupid kids hurt or killed themself. I remember a stink at one time.

I would like to add a few boxsets we have not seen yet.

Seasons of Married with Children. Even the episode that did not make it on the air.

Beavis and Butthead. I would pay a mint for each season of this great show. I think this is probably my biggest want.

oop = out of production? :confused: :(

T2: I don\'t want to pay $35USD for a movie and 750 storyboards that I\'ll never view. I just want the movie itself, and Target doesn\'t have it.

I know most of them can be picked up for $10-15, but I like to save my money :p

I have waited on dvd\'s to drop in price. The next thing I know it is oop (out of print) and I pay alot more on ebay for it.
