help a brutha out, what program can I make animated GIFs with? Will photoshop do it?

Help, I\'m stoned, and I just had the greatest idea.....

Photoshop comes with Image Ready.  That program roxors.

I haven\'t played around with Image Ready. I need an idea first and then make one.

other than photoshop\'s image ready, their is this program "animation shop 3" made by jasc its preety good and very simple to use.

I believe Oozic reactor also does animated Gifs, I got it with my vid-card
