Title: Undercover Brother
Post by: Heat on February 10, 2003, 02:57:02 AM
Has anyone seen this yet? It says coming soon to us in the UK but is it out in America? It looks so ****ing funny, they rekon it\'s a mix of Shaft and Austin Powers.

Owell, I\'m not paying anything for it, no skin off my nose, looks good. I\'ll watch it later and see if I agree.

It was released a LONG time ago in the US.  I mean like more than a year ago, if memory serves me correctly.

I agree it was a disappointment.  There were one or two funny things in it, but overall it was lame.

Yes, next time be sure to visit the concession stand so that you can "taste in cinema."  :p  It makes every film seem better.  :)

Wait, we\'re not talking about Heroin, are we?

IT WAS SO FUNNY!!
It\'s almost as funny as Rush Hour, but you know what I find bad about those movies. Im no white guy, but throught that movie and mostly every other comedy were African Americans are the main characters, they make white people seem like complete trash, they make every racist joke you know. Im pretty sure if some white dude got on the big screen and said "Its b/c your black that you\'re going to jail", Black Panthers would be all up in that movie. It\'s funny, but I don\'t think its fair that just b/c black people have a bad history with the white folk means they get to play victims and be protected and rely on things from the past to always prove a point. IM NOT a racist. Im just saying it how it is.

I rented it the other week and thought it was OK. The Man\'s worker (the guy from SNL) was pretty hilarious.

Yes, its totally true. Nice how double standards work, isn\'t it?
Funny movie, incredibly racist toward white people though.
