"March 1 — North Korea accused the United States on Friday of triggering a nuclear crisis and plotting war. Pyongyang demanded direct talks with U.S. officials, but Washington instead ordered the deployment of 24 long-range bombers to Guam as a deterrent"

North Korea is the second dangerous country. Bush knows it has even more nuclear power than Saddam. He should think also about this country.

What are the odds that Bush packs up in the middle east and jumps over here instead? With Saddam making cocessions with the missles being destroyed, it is getting harder and harder for the US to get support.
Even though we know the dude is stockpiling tons of shit apparently no one cares.
But N. Korea is a different beast. That fight wouldn\'t be just the US and Brittain foing all the dirty work though. North Korea would get pounded from all sides.

I think we we get MUCH more support from the world if we focused on NKnow.
I also wonder which side China would join, that would be a huge factor in a war in that area IMO.

I spoke to a Chinese friend of mine this week who is from Beijing and he reaffirmed what I have thought all along about China\'s foreign policy. They try and take a balanced approach towards things (except in regards to Taiwan). As with their UN record they tend to abstain in most cases and to some respect try not and burn bridges with either side.
Most in China tend to think that Kim Il Sung (sp?) is a fanatic and N. Korea doesn\'t have much in common with China, as some in the general public might assume. I am sure in the near future China will play the most important role in resolving this issue with NK.

GUAM! Wooooot!
Lots of military on island right now. Our economy has gone down the drain since the typhoon hit us in December, all these guys down here sure are a big help.
