So far, the SP demo is great! It is very similar to the previous two games, with enough differences to set it apart.

ya, the PDW is awesome. Was my favorite weapon in the past R6\'s, now it will be the same for this one. The map is pretty big but also has close quarters combat which i like. I wish they\'d put more uniform selections so i could check them out. Ill probably stick to the multiplayer demo, but its cool to check out the different guns on the SP demo.

Very nice demo..
I was a lil disappointed with the MP version.
Silly me, Raven Sheild is MADE for SP..
Much, much, much better.
This version does not feel as "stiff" as the other Rainbow Six games.
The AI is a whole lot better.. This time your team-mates actually COVER you..
In the old games one enemy could mow down your entire squad because they were not watching out for enemies.
Very nice rag-doll animations btw :)

people actually complain about the rag-doll animations. They are debating whether to put it in the full version or not. I say, if they could, keep it only if you shoot them in the knees, cuz that would probably happen if u shoot their knees out.......... AND STAY TO GENERALS HURRICANE! :D(damn strategy games)

Full version came out today. GOTY in my opinion.(even though iv only played 10 minutes of it then had to do some crap :D) The only thing i can argue about it is that the guns are extremly accurate. but that is debatable because the characters are supposed to be the best military people in the world. Also, your teamates actually help!, and the terrorists kill you unlike the other RS\'s where you could kill all 32 terrorists with 1 person. The gun selection of coarse kicks butt. If you liked the other RS\'s, then is a definate buy. And if your into other FPS\'s, i advise you to at least download the demo(s).

I\'m impressed that the terrorists actually have half a brain this time. In R6 and RS, you could stand by the insertion zone, shoot an unsilenced weapon once, and all the terrorists would come running. Easy kills. I also like how the terrorists aren\'t deadly accurate like the previous two. They even have reactions times like a normal human being. This one just may surpass the other two in the SP dept.

my question is, is this game worth it coz i really dont wanna shell out 60$ for something which would suck . i would download the demo but something is up with my connection and i have trouble downloading large files over the internet.

I mainly play it for the online factor, but the single player kicks butt too, i just prefer to play with other people. If you like FPS\'s and the past rainbow six\'s(cant compare it to CS cuz i havnt played enough of CS), then i think you would like this one. Cant say whether or not you would like it.

humm i never have played these clancy games(other than Spilinter cell) so from what I am hearing here, I might just go download the full game(opps did I say that) and give it a test drive.

This game ROCKS!
I got it yesterday. Really nice "box" you get it in. Not a cheap DVD chase..
The game itself is superb. Lots and lots of weapons to select from, excellent graphics, very good AI (the terrorists now sneak up on you, walk around to different areas.. So you\'re never safe!)
You can tell they\'ve put a lot of work into this game as the levels are very, very detailed.. They vary from prison levels, snowy mountain levels, city street-carnival levels to shipyards (that one is placed in Norway. One nice detail I noticed in that level is that the signs are written in Norwegian. Hård Hatt (hard hat), Fare (Danger), Elektricitet (guess :p) ect) and so on.)
I\'ve not completed all the SP levels yet. I’m spending most of the time playing Multiplayer.. Cooperative is great fun (if your team mates are good at least!).

Nightvision takes time to get used to. Some nice effects going on when you have it equipped.

LOL i know faston, I have hundreds of cd keys that are verified and working, I just tested the game out today.
As for paying for the GAME...Yeah right I only buy games that I feel are worth my money like Hitman 2 for example

This is my first TC game and since I have been playing MOHAA forever (the cheats have gotten so bad that our clan is moving to another game) I was impressed, but it takes a little time to get used to. Haven\'t played it online yet - any suggestions as to configuring controls?

default works best in my opinion. If you guys do comms, it helps alot (if you use \'push to talk\') to set it to ur left control cuz everything is in finger distance.

I\'m the weird guy who uses his mouse to walk forward and back and uses the keyboard to fire.
